The Independent Car Dealership Website You Actually Run Yourself
You shouldn't need an agency, a developer, or a ticket queue to change a price on your own site. DealerAssist is an independent car dealer website builder that gives you a real website you actually run. Inventory sync, lead capture, analytics, all of it.
Pick a template. Add your brand. Go live in under 24 hours.

Who This Is For
You're an independent dealer. One lot, maybe two. You sell used cars, certified pre-owned, a few specialty vehicles, the occasional trade-in. You're not a franchise and you don't need a site built for one.
Most independent dealers we talk to fall into one of two camps:
You pay an agency
A retainer every month. Every change is a ticket. The site looks fine but it is not yours. When you want to update a price, swap a banner, or add a finance link, you wait.
You're stuck on a generic listing site
Carsforsale, AutoRevo, or a Wix page someone's nephew put together. It works, technically. But you cannot really customize it. The inventory tools are limited. Your leads end up scattered across email inboxes.
Both setups have the same problem. Your website is something you depend on, not something you run. That is what this page is about fixing.
Full Brand Control With No Developer Required
Your colors. Your fonts. Your logo. Your banners. Your page text. Your inventory. Your lead forms.
All of it lives behind one editor. If you can post on Facebook, you can change anything on your site. There is no code. There is no ticket. There is no waiting until Monday morning for someone else to log in.
That is the part most independent dealers tell us they wanted from day one. Make a small change at 9pm on a Tuesday and have it live before you close up for the night.

Everything Included, On Every Plan
DealerAssist gives independent dealers the tools that actually run the lot, on every tier. No feature held back for an enterprise package you don't need.
- Real-time inventory sync. Cars that sell come down, new stock goes up, prices update on their own.
- DMS integration on every tier.
- Built-in lead capture forms, tied to the specific vehicle a buyer was looking at.
- A lead dashboard so you see the lead and the car together, not in two separate inboxes.
- Dealership analytics. Traffic, top-viewed cars, where leads come from.
- Hosting, SSL, and a mobile layout that works without you thinking about it.

Built For Independent Lots, Not Franchise Groups
DealerAssist builds independent dealer websites specifically. That sounds like marketing. Here is what it actually means in the product.
We did not build for multi-rooftop enterprise groups. No per-seat pricing. No SSO setup. No franchise OEM compliance rules to follow. The inventory tools assume you manage your own stock, not that a corporate office pushes a feed at you. The lead dashboard is built for a sales team that fits in one room.
If you run a single lot, or two, or three, this is built for you. If you run twenty rooftops with a corporate marketing team, you would be better off somewhere else, and we'll tell you that upfront.

DealerAssist Vs. Our Competitors

A Used Car Dealer Website Without The Listing Site Trade-Offs
Most independent car dealership websites force a trade-off. An agency build costs too much. A listing platform locks you into their look and their lead flow.
DealerAssist gives you a real website with your branding, your domain, your leads, and your inventory in one place. If used cars are most of what you sell, you can also see how DealerAssist works for used car dealers specifically. Same product, used-car-specific framing.

Still have a question?
Get in touch with us and let's discuss it.
How fast can I actually get my site live?
Most dealers go live within 24 hours. You pick a template, drop in your logo and colors, connect your DMS, and your inventory populates on its own. There is no agency build cycle and no developer queue.
Do I need to know how to code or be technical?
No. If you can post on Facebook, you can run your DealerAssist site. The editor is point-and-click. Colors, fonts, page text, banners, inventory, and lead forms are all editable without touching code.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Bring an existing domain or register a new one. SSL is included on every plan. If you are migrating from another platform, we help you point DNS during onboarding so you do not lose traffic during the cutover.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. DealerAssist is month-to-month. Cancel any time. Your customer data, lead history, and inventory exports are yours to take with you if you ever leave.
What if I already have a website?
We help you migrate. Inventory, vehicle photos, page text, and basic SEO redirects come over. Most dealers cut over in a single afternoon, with the old site still live until the new one is ready to flip.
What kind of support is included?
Email and chat support on every plan. Phone support on higher tiers. Onboarding help is included for every dealer, so the first 24 hours are not on you alone.
What kinds of inventory does it support?
Used cars, certified pre-owned, performance and exotic, trucks and commercial, specialty vehicles, and consignment inventory. The platform handles standard vehicle data like VIN, mileage, condition, photos, and history. It also handles template-specific fields like tow rating for trucks or trim packages for performance. The one thing it does not do is new-vehicle franchise OEM feeds, because we did not build for franchise lots.
Can I switch templates later?
Yes. Your inventory, your leads, your analytics, and your customer data all stay the same. Only the look changes. Most dealers spend about thirty minutes adjusting branding after a switch.
What does it cost?
DealerAssist starts at $299/month, month-to-month, no annual contract. Inventory sync, hosting, SSL, and DMS integration are included on every plan. Higher tiers add features like sell/trade-in forms, member accounts, and the premium template look.
